Who is responsible for your data

, . Email: .

What we collect and why

Legal bases: the contract with you (orders and requests), our legal duties (invoices and tax records), your consent ("Not ready yet?", news and offers, and showing your videos as examples), our legitimate interest (visit counts and one short feedback email after delivery).

Cookies and the Meta pixel

Only if you click "Accept" in the banner, we turn on the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland): it tells us which of our ads brought you here, whether you looked at the packages, started a payment or bought. If you click "Decline", or don't answer, nothing is turned on. Your browser also remembers the language you chose ("volumen_lang") and your answer to the banner ("volumen_consenso"); both stay on your device. Legal basis for the pixel: your consent, which you can take back at any time: change your cookie choice.

Who else handles your data

Only the services we need to run VOLUMEN: Stripe (payments), Google (email, Drive and the sheet where we keep orders), Cloudflare (hosting and visit counts), Meta (the pixel, only with your consent). Some of them may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards the law requires (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it
